Return & Refund Policy – Partial Payment (COD Orders)

To ensure genuine orders and smooth processing, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) with partial payment on all products.

1. Partial Payment for COD Orders

  • When you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), a partial payment is mandatory at the time of placing the order.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.


2. Cancellation Policy (Before Shipping)

  • If you cancel the order before it is processed, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the partial payment made.

  • The remaining 50% of the partial payment is non-refundable and will be retained as processing and handling charges.


3. Cancellation / Refusal After Shipping

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, no refund will be provided for the partial payment under any circumstances.

  • If the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable, or the order is not accepted at the time of delivery, the partial payment will not be refunded.


4. Non-Delivery Due to Customer Reasons

  • If the order is not delivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the partial payment is strictly non-refundable.


5. Return Policy for COD Orders

  • Partial payment made for COD orders is non-refundable once the order is delivered.

  • Returns, if accepted, will be processed in accordance with our standard return conditions and will not include a refund of the partial payment.


6. No Exceptions

  • Partial payments are collected to prevent misuse of COD.

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Partial Payment, Return & Refund Policy.

  • No exceptions will be made beyond the conditions stated above


We offer a 7-day return window, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, send us an email. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note:

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos/videos as proof.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will confirm the eligibility for a replacement.

If approved, a replacement will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or an alternative item.

Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email or message regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
