What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve your PakkaLook outfits before our official launch. You’ll be the first to experience our curated looks once sales go live.
Do I have to pay now for the pre-order?
No, pre-order is only for reservation. Payment will be collected once our products officially go live.
Can I choose my outfit at the pre-order stage?
Yes, you can choose any outfit from our live sale collection once products are available. The pre-order just guarantees your slot and any rewards you qualify for.
How does the 50% off offer work?
The first 5 customers who submit the form will win 50% off their total outfit. Winners will:
Receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
Need to claim their order within 24–48 hours of the sale launch.
Pay the remaining 50% at checkout.
What happens if I don’t claim my 50% discount within 48 hours?
If not claimed, the offer expires automatically and cannot be reissued
How will I know if I’ve won a surprise gift?
Winners will:
Receive an email confirmation.
Be announced on Instagram.
Find the gift inside their delivered outfit box.
How does the lottery system work?
Every confirmed pre-order entry is added to our lucky draw. Winners are randomly selected to receive the surprise gift.
Is Instagram follow mandatory?
Yes ✅. To qualify for discounts, lottery, or surprise gifts, you must follow @pakka_look on Instagram. If you don’t follow the guidelines, your entry won’t be eligible.
When will I get my outfit?
Once our products are live for sale, you’ll receive an email to complete your order. After checkout, standard shipping timelines apply.
How do I know when the sale starts?
You will be notified by email and SMS once sales open.
Can I change my outfit selection later?
Yes, you can pick any sale item available on our website once the sale starts.
What if I don’t win any rewards?
Even if you don’t win, you’ll still be among the first to access our curated PakkaLook outfits.
Can I transfer my discount or gift to someone else?
No. Discounts and gifts are non-transferable and linked to your registered email/phone.
What if I submit the form multiple times?
Only the first valid submission will be counted. Duplicate entries will not qualify.
